Triunity's Public Infrastructure Division provides services in electrical and controls engineering, systems integration, analysis, design, construction management, inspection, testing and project management to the fields of power, transportation, water, and wastewater.

Denver Union Station - Denver, CO
Upon completion, Denver Union Station will serve as a multimodal transportation hub, integrating light rail, commuter rail, Amtrak, as well as regional, express and local bus service, taxis, shuttles, vans, bicycles and pedestrians.

Services: Communications System Design

Key elements: CCTV, IP-based networking, low voltage copper cabling, fiber-optic cabling, public address, visual message signs, supervisory control and data acquisition and emergency telephones.

Washington Department of Transportation Mount Baker Tunnel and Mercer Island Lid PLC Replacement Project - Seattle, WA
Upon completion, this project will replacement existing programmable logic controllers (PLCs) that monitors and controls the ventilation and fire alarm system in these two high capacity, active tunnels in Seattle, Washington.

Services: Controls schematic and wiring design, HMI development, PLC material list

Key elements: PLCs, software development, low voltage copper cabling, and supervisory control and data acquisition.

City of Edmunds Wastewater - Edmunds, WA
The City of Edmonds Wastewater Treatment Plant installed a new high efficiency blower for their secondary aeration process. Triunity provided turn-key integration services for the installation.

Services: Detailed wiring diagrams, network reconfiguration drawings, installation instructions and test procedures, modification of existing PLC logic, development of new graphic interfaces, communication diagnostics and trouble shooting factory configuration.

Minneapolis Metro Transit Central Light Rail Project - Minneapolis, MN
The Minneapolis Metro Transit Light Rail project is a transit expansion project to add 11 miles of light rail and 21 new stations serving the Minneapolis area.

West Corridor Light Rail Communications Systems Design - Denver, CO

Part of the Regional Transportation District's (RTD) FasTracks transit expansion program, the West Corridor will be a 12.1-mile light rail transit corridor serving the cities and counties located west of downtown Denver.

Services: Communications System Design

Key elements: SCADA system, CCTV system, high speed IP-based wide area network, PBX and telephone system modifications, Ethernet LAN, public address system and variable message sign system.

Sound Transit Central Link - Seattle, WA
This project provided the Seattle area with light rail transit.

Triunity's Government Services Division provides a broad range of services to federal, state and local governments, as well as commercial companies serving those agencies, including IT services and program management.

Capability Integration Environment (CIE) - Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base Triunity serves as the prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force's Global Combat Support System - Capabilities Integration Environment (CIE), providing an IP network and software test and development environment that meets the USAF's standards and enables efficient application development, configuration and integration. Since Triunity began work on the IP network it has grown from a single multi-layer switch to a network containing multiple routers, eight enterprise class switches and more than 3,000 Ethernet ports. Triunity also manages more than 13,000 user accounts and over 40 large scale, multi-tier applications.

Services: IT Integration and Support

Key elements: Management of more than 400 physical servers that operate nearly 800 virtual servers, support of more than 300TB of SAN storage accessible over a 4BG fiber channel network, management of a robust backup and archive capability with 140TB of storage and development of root cause analyses for application issues. Support for software packages, including (but not limited to):

Future Combat System (FCS) - Subcontract to Boeing
Triunity provided direct support to the FCS Program Manager on this highly visible, multibillion dollar program at the heart of the Army's transportation efforts.

Key elements: Development of acquisition strategies, development of Defense Acquisition Board documentation and Alpha contract streamlined acquisition.

Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS - A) - Subcontract to CSC
Triunity provided DCGS-A liaison support to the Air Force DCGS Program office located at Hanscom AFB. In addition, Triunity conducted a gap analysis between DCGS-A and AF DCGS.

Key elements: Implementation of contract changes to incorporate Army scope, issue resolution via the Multiservice Execution Team.

Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) - Subcontract to BAE
A system that integrates multiple intelligence broadcasts into a "system of systems," Triunity provided a range of program management support duties for the innovative project.

Services: Program Management Support

Key elements: Execution of L-3 Titan contract, implementation of several Integrated Baseline Reviews, development of Acquisition Strategy and design and implementation of the program's Award Fee process.

Unattended Ground Sensors - Subcontract to Boeing
This program entailed the development of unattended ground sensors that detect objects by seismic, acoustic, magnetic and/or electro optical/infrared sensors and communicates detection via radio. Triunity provided onsite Program Management support at Textron, a subcontractor to Boeing.

Key elements: Performed analysis of Boeing subcontractor, Textron, to ensure compliance with the program's budget, schedule and technical requirements, as well as performed an analysis of work packages and daily success monitoring.

The Program/Project Controls Division leads the development, implementation, integration and management of program/project system tools, processes and procedures.

Regional Transportation District (RTD) FasTracks Program
Triunity's primary experience in this division is with the Denver RTD's multibillion dollar FasTracks Program, a comprehensive transit expansion plan to build 122 miles of new commuter rail and light rail, 18 miles of bus rapid transit, 21,000 new parking spaces and enhance bus/rail service throughout the Denver-metro region. In addition to leading project controls, Triunity facilitates and advises program/project management strategies and provides training to project managers on scope, schedule, budget, cost and contract control practices. Triunity staff serves as master program scheduling manager for the FasTracks program and is responsible for developing and managing the overall program schedule. Triunity was integral in setting up the Primavera Enterprise database and performs consultant and contractor schedule reviews to ensure consistency with program procedures.

RTD FasTracks EAGLE P3 Project
The EAGLE P3 project is a public-private partnership, comprised by the elements of Design, Build, Finance, Operations and Maintenance (DBFOM), for a portion of the RTD FasTracks program - namely the East Corridor, Gold Line, a segment of the Northwest Rail Corridor and the Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility.

Triunity serves as Project Controls Manager and is responsible for directing the project controls team, coordinating the project schedule and managing scope and budget issues. Triunity staff also assists the EAGLE P3 procurement team in RFP and RFI processes and is responsible for ongoing executive summary reporting.
